Insurance & Financial Responsibility Policy

As a courtesy, our office submits claims to your dental insurance carrier on your behalf. However, please understand that your dental insurance is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. Our office is not a party to that agreement and cannot guarantee payment of any claim.

While we make every reasonable effort to assist in the claims process, we are not responsible for delays, denials, or underpayments made by your insurance carrier.

If a claim remains unpaid 90 days from the date of service, the outstanding balance will be transferred to patient responsibility. At that time, payment in full is due directly to our office, in accordance with our financial policy.

This policy is designed to comply with all applicable insurance agreements. Any payments received from your insurance carrier after patient payment will be credited or refunded appropriately, in accordance with contractual obligations.

Patients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current insurance information
  • Following up with their insurance carrier regarding claim status
  • Paying any balance not covered or delayed by insurance

By receiving treatment in our office, you acknowledge and accept full financial responsibility for services rendered, regardless of insurance coverage or payment delays.

We are a team of professionals who pride ourselves in furthering education to ensure you get the quality care you deserve.
